Conservation success can only be measured through the presence of effective action and C3 has a huge portfolio of successful project implementation across all of our project sites.

In Palau, we worked with the Koror State Government to implement effective management of dive tourism in the Rock Islands.

We have worked throughout the western Indian Ocean islands to study bycatch of marine megafauna in artisanal fisheries and pilot novel mitigation methods such as financial incentives.

We conducted an evaluation of ecotourism on Moheli, Comoros

We collaborated with the University of Mauritius to study options for alternative livelihoods and SMEs in and around MPAs

We are currently developing a network of locally-managed MPAs and alternative livelihood programmes in Northern Madagascar and Fiji
