Capacity building

Every project conducted by C3 emphasizes the development of local knowledge and skills to ensure the building of capacity for sustainable conservation management programmes. C3 works closely with students, members of local NGOs and village associations to augment skills in the following disciplines:

Biological research and monitoring techniques

Ecotourism development

Education and communication

Informatics

English language

C3 has also initiated formal scholarship programmes, funding students through university and providing practical field experience.
