I am taking a gap year before university, can I apply to be a C3-Comores intern?

All our interns have to go through a thorough selection procedure.  We do not take on applicants that do not have a minimum of a Bachelors' degree and overseas fieldwork experience.  Many of our interns are Masters or PhD level.

How many other interns will I work with?

Our field teams consist of around four or five interns and two C3 staff members.  Work is split between office and fieldwork. You will also always be working side-by-side with Comorians.

Will I be supervised while I work?

You will be supervised by C3 staff, but will be expected to take responsibility for the design, budget management, implementation and data analysis  for individual projects.

Is there the possibility of publishing work that I have carried with C3-Comores?

Previous interns have published work and attended international conferences on behalf of C3.
